Ron Legrand’s topic for the August 2 meeting will be… Increasing your closing ratio. It’s all about how you handle yourself on the telephone and why mini investors lose a lot of money based on what comes out of their mouth.

Why aren’t investors closing more deals? It applies to both the terms business and the junker business.  He will make it clear that what comes out of your mouth will determine your income. You’ll also get the 14 mistakes people make on the phone and how to handle any objection the seller throws at you. There will even be some class practice.

Ron is in his 42 nd  year of buying and selling houses and still going strong today. With all of that experience it will be foolish to miss this meeting, regardless of how advanced you are, and especially if you’re just beginning. In reality, most investors never learn what Ron will be teaching you Wednesday night and will never know what it cost them. Of course, there will be plenty of time for questions and answers.
