- Mention in pre-show & post show email campaign sent to registered attendees.
- Inclusion on printed floor plans highlighting exhibitor booth location.
- Event graphic to promote your participation online.
- If you plan to sell material at your table, there is an additional $350 registration fee.
- Exhibitor setup is 8am-8:30am.
- Doors open to the audience at 8:30am, event hours are 9am-5pm.
- To maintain the integrity and professionalism of the trade show, we kindly request that all exhibitors remain fully set up until the event officially concludes at 5pm.
- Tear down and clean up will be from 5pm-6pm.
