Since 1985, JaxREIA, North Florida's oldest and largest Not-For-Profit professional real estate investors' association, has provided quality education and services to our members and the community at large.
Our members work to revitalize neighborhoods by:
- Redeveloping existing homes
- Creating home ownership opportunities
- Providing quality housing
- Providing professional property management
- Creating business opportunities for housing related vendors in the community
JaxREIA provides valuable real estate information and advice to our local government and its officials.
We actively work to maintain these lines of communication to:
- Educate our members about new laws, updates and developments
- Make collective views of our members known within government circles
- Provide government officials with current industry related news and information
- Work together on issues of mutual interest
- Help meet our communities' needs for quality affordable housing
JaxREIA's team of volunteers consists of the elite among our membership. The group plays a vital part in the association's future, commitments, events and sense of community.
JaxREIA volunteers are utilized in many ways. Some of them include:

- Preparation for Special Events
- Special Committees
- QuickStart Greeter
The JaxREIA Volunteer Program attempts to educate individuals as they contribute and make a difference. The program also assists members by broadening their visions and understanding of the Association. It enables the volunteer to have numerous networking opportunities and unlimited valuable friendships.
How Members Become Active Volunteers:
- Express an interest and submit a Volunteer Interest Form listing your opportunity preferences.
- You will then receive a welcome letter or phone call to outline volunteer opportunities that would best suit your needs and availability.
- Attend the Volunteer Orientation to receive training.
