Networking is a Major Benefit of being a JaxREIA Member. Our Networking Discussion Groups are a great way to meet like-minded investors, learn about what others are doing with their real estate business, and build valuable friendships.

Networking groups are open to members at no charge. Guests are encouraged to attend two times, but must join as a full member to  attend more.

Beaches Networking Group

Meets every other Wednesday of each month for breakfast at 8:30 am

Meets the last Monday of each month

Landlord Networking Group

Meets the last Thursday of each month.

This groups' purpose is to help landlords improve all facets of their business through an open exchange of ideas and resources. There may be from time to time guest speakers who can share with us ideas and suggestions to help us better perform the tasks of landlording.
