Guests may attend for a $20 guest fee, and receive a $20.00 credit toward your Full Membership dues (up to $40), which must be used with in 60 days of visit. Members attend for free.

Door registration opens at 6:00 pm. Each month's meeting includes:

• A Networking session takes place from 6:00 pm - 6:45 pm. Come early, enjoy the free snacks and network with other investors in the North Florida and South Georgia area. Many of our Corporate Partners will be hosting tables making it convenient to talk with them about specific questions you may have. This is an excellent time to build your Real Estate team of professionals!
• JaxREIA News and Audience Announcements
  begin at 6:45 pm. Learn about the latest in JaxREIA benefits and events. Listen as our members' share their real estate successes and lessons learned. Members also have the opportunity to present to the entire audience a property they have for sale. You may find the property that you've been looking for!
• Featured Speaker begins at 7:30 pm. A local or national speaker delivers an educational, entertaining and informative presentation on an area of interest to the real estate investor.

The meeting is free to members. Guests may attend for  $20 per person.

To keep costs down, sometimes we must change the date or location of our monthly main meeting. Please check our website regularly for updates. Any changes to the monthly meeting will be posted on our Home Page. Food is not served, so please plan accordingly.
