To offer education, discussion and networking opportunities to Real Estate Entrepreneurs and help them reach their financial goals using sound, honest business practices. Further, we strive to promote REIA members as positive, ethical contributors to the economic and social well-being of our community.

Organizational Structure

JaxREIA is a non-profit corporation in Jacksonville, FL. We are directed by a Board of Directors and elected officers, all who serve without pay. We have highly active, motivated and organized committees of volunteer members who assist in running the organization. Membership participation is encouraged and appreciated.

History of JaxREIA

Since its founding in 1985, JaxREIA has provided quality education and services to our members and the community at large. Today, JaxREIA has evolved into one of the premier real estate investors' associations in the nation, with members from diverse backgrounds and education levels. The success of JaxREIA has been based primarily upon our members' achievements.

Our membership continues to grow, currently over 600 active members, and shows clear signs of further rapid expansion. With solid leadership in place, JaxREIA is focused on initiatives that will build a stronger association — providing improved services, greater opportunities and education of outstanding quality to our membership.
